CERAMICS ART PURCHASES
Shipping
Shipping is offered worldwide.
Orders will be packed and sent within 7 working days after you complete your order, unless notified otherwise.
All the UK and international orders will be expedited through a courier service, usually UPS.
The shipping times for delivery vary according to destination and service. Within the mainland UK, it is usually 2 working days after the package is sent; and between 3-5 working days within Europe and 7-10 working days for the rest of the world. Once your order is sent, you will receive a tracking number provided by the currier service.
The shipping within the mainland UK is free.
For international orders, shipping costs depend on your location and the weight/size of the package. When you place your items in the cart and proceed to checkout, shipping cost will be automatically calculated based on these two variables.
The cost includes insurance but does not include any additional charges for local taxes, duty, customs charges or quarantine inspection fees. International buyers are solely responsible for the payment of such charges.
Depending on your location, I may require additional information from you to comply with customs, such as TIN or SSN.
Each order will be carefully packaged in a sturdy box. I endeavour to reuse and recycle packaging materials wherever possible.
Cancellations and Returns
Each piece is handmade with individual variations which make it unique, sold as seen.
I do my best to describe each piece listed in my shop and to ensure that the form and colour of each is accurately reflected in my product photography. Please refer to the product descriptions carefully for details of dimensions, styles and colours as everything listed is handmade and these will vary. If you have any questions or want to check the details, please do so before buying. I am more than happy to supply additional photos to ensure you are happy.
If you haven’t completed your order yet, you can cancel it anytime by simply removing the selected items from your cart. If you already completed your order and want to cancel it, please send me an email immediately! If your order hasn’t been shipped already, I will cancel your order and refund you your money.
Cancelled orders that have already been shipped will be treated as returns using the policy below.
Each piece will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in good conditions. However, if for any reason it arrives damaged, please take photographs of the parcel before opening and notify me by email within 24 hours of delivery. Please do not sign the “Received in good condition” declaration if you haven’t examined the exterior of the parcel or if it is damaged. I will not be able to refund if the parcel is signed as being “received in good condition” but is later found to be damaged. You will be offered a refund or, if you prefer, I will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
I hope that you will be completely happy with your purchase and I will do everything I can to make sure that your experience of buying my work is a positive one.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you will have 14 days to return your item. If you would like to do so, please contact me so that I can arrange its safe return and an exchange or refund.
Unless an item is faulty, the cost and condition of return shipping will be your responsibility. If any item is returned in a non-resalable condition and it gets broken in transit due to poor re-packaging, I will not be able to issue a refund. Therefore, please make sure it is packaged very carefully using the original box and have all packaging reapplied using the same method in which it arrived, a tracked and signed for, insured to the full amount of the purchase price. I will issue a full refund on returned items that meet these conditions minus our delivery costs, unless the item has been damaged in transit.
Unfortunately, I cannot offer returns on commissions or pieces made to order.
COURSE PURCHASES
Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that sometimes unexpected situation can arise, and you might no longer be able to attend your course.
For a full refund on the price of your course you must cancel no less than 4 weeks before the course start date. Cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the course start date will result in a 50% refund of the cost of the course, provided we are able to find someone to fill your place. To transfer a course booking to another date the cancellation must be made no less than 2 weeks prior to the course start date.
