Do you offer a wholesale?
I am afraid I do not have a wholesale offering.
Do you make ceramics for cafes and restaurants?
Occasionally I may consider this and be able to take on small restaurant or cafe orders. Please get in touch with any potential projects.
How do I take care of your ceramic pieces?
My ceramic pieces are made out of stoneware clay, a hard and durable material and are made to last for years to come, if handled properly.
The ceramic pieces should only be washed by hand or wiped with a damp cloth using a mild detergent. Drastic changes in temperature may damage ceramics so never pour boiling water into any of ceramic vessels or put a ceramic item directly from the refrigerator into a microwave. My ceramic pieces are fired at a high temperature twice and are watertight. However, if left filled in with water outside, over the winter they may get damaged by the frozen water.
Shipping
Shipping is offered worldwide. All the UK and international orders will be expedited through a courier service, usually UPS.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders will be packed and sent within 7 working days after you complete your order, unless notified otherwise.
When will my order arrive?
The shipping times for delivery vary according to destination and service. Within the mainland UK, it is usually 2 working days after the package is sent; and between 3-5 working days within Europe and 7-10 working days for the rest of the world. Once your order is sent, you will receive a tracking number provided by the currier service.
How much does the shipping cost?
The shipping within the mainland UK is free.
For international orders, shipping costs depend on your location and the weight/size of the package. When you place your items in the cart and proceed to checkout, shipping cost will be automatically calculated based on these two variables.
The cost includes insurance but does not include any additional charges for local taxes, duty, customs charges or quarantine inspection fees. International buyers are solely responsible for the payment of such charges.
Can I pick up the items myself?
Yes, you can place your order online and pick it up yourself. Please get in touch if you wish to do so.

Can I cancel my order?
If you haven’t completed your order yet, you can cancel it anytime by simply removing the selected items from your cart. If you already completed your order and want to cancel it, please send me an email immediately! If your order hasn’t been shipped already, I will cancel your order and refund you your money.
Cancelled orders that have already been shipped will be treated as returns using the policy below.
My order has arrived but it is not what I expected. Can I return it?
You can return your order within 14 days from receiving it. If you would like to do so, please contact me so that I can arrange its safe return and an exchange or refund.
Unless an item is faulty, the cost and condition of return shipping will be your responsibility. I will issue a refund within 2 weeks (minus our delivery costs) to your account when the item returns back to my studio undamaged. If the item arrives damaged, you will not be eligible for refund.
Unfortunately, I cannot offer returns on commissions or pieces made to order.
I received a damaged item. What do I do?
I am very sorry to hear that! Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in good conditions. Please send me an email and tell me all about it, the more details you provide, the better. Please, take a photo of your damaged item and attach it to your email. If the box, containing your item, is also damaged, please take a photo of it too before opening it, and send it to us. Do not forget to include your order number.
After I receive your email, I will offer you a new item or refund your money (without our delivery costs) within 2 weeks.
I received my order but the item is not the same to the one I ordered
This happens very rarely but if I shipped a wrong item, I am very sorry. Please send me an email including your order number and a photo of the received item. If you still like what you got, that is great. I will simply change our inventory and you won’t have to do anything. If you would like to replace the item for the one you ordered, you will have to return your item back to me and place a new order. I will issue a refund when I receive it back, but only if it is not damaged.
Why is the received item not identical to the one in the photograph?
My ceramics is made by hand. While I take care that the product photograph in the online shop represents the products the best it can, certain differences are possible. If you feel that the product deviates too much from your expectations, you can tell us and return it within 14 days. I will refund the purchase price.
